Case studies

The month they started, and everything after it.

Three local businesses in Canada, their real content, and what changed once it started going out every week. Each one is shown in a different layout while we settle on the format.

Their content, and what it did

The problem

Toronto is the most crowded real estate market in the country and he was competing in it on referrals alone. Listings went out on the board and to the same circle of people who already knew him, the personal brand existed on a business card, and reaching a buyer who had never heard of him meant buying the lead from a portal at ninety-four dollars a time.

What we ran

Two reels a week built from the questions he answers all day anyway: what a street actually sold for, what a first-time buyer gets wrong, what the inspection missed. Then Meta and Google campaigns held inside the GTA, so nothing was spent on someone who would never drive to a viewing.

The result

Inbound replaced bought leads inside three months. Average days to offer fell from sixty-one to forty-one, and the cost of a booked viewing dropped by roughly four fifths.

The problem

A good product with nobody attached to it. Sales came from marketplace listings where the only thing separating TrueScents from the seller above it was price, so every month was spent competing on the one thing a small brand cannot win on. Nobody searched for the name because nobody had a reason to remember it.

What we ran

Content that gave the brand a face and a point of view instead of a price: how a scent is built, what separates one from the cheap version of itself, and the founder saying so on camera. Paid ads carried the pieces that had already earned attention, aimed at people who buy fragrance rather than at everyone.

The result

The brand stopped being interchangeable. Enquiries started arriving by name, repeat buyers came direct rather than through a marketplace, and the content library now does the introducing before a customer ever reaches a product page.

The problem

Nothing connects a forklift school, a real estate investor and a duct cleaning company except the belief each of them started with: that short-form was for somebody else's industry. All three sold on referrals, trade shows and word of mouth, and all three assumed their work was too unglamorous to watch.

What we ran

The same six stages for each, and the content leaned into exactly what they thought was the problem. Machines doing difficult things, deals explained by the person doing them, and the inside of a duct nobody has ever seen. Paid amplification followed only the pieces that had already earned attention on their own.

The result

7.8 million views across the three, and the part that matters more: enquiries that arrive without a trade show, a referral or a cold call attached to them. The process does not care what you sell.
